I woke up yesterday and journaled for an hour, meditated for an hour, used the sauna for 20 minutes, and then cold plunge and after that I was able to start my day and create a pretty successful sandwich.

All my times of high achievement or chasing success were times where I lacked any self care, I worked from 0630 until 2300 only stopping to grab fast food and then work while eating. I can usually do that for 6 months before I need a break from all work. The nice part is I always worked in a location that I could shower and sleep at without going home to keep myself in that high drive mindset. This is hell on your mental health tho

Went on a few interviews and watched lots of u tube videos about interviews to get ready for 1 interview for a job I really wanted. I practiced with friends and went in to this interview confident and prepared. Nailed the interview and got the job offer 2 weeks later.
